「Amazing place to stay」

「The cottage that we rented was clean enough, however, the amenities were definitely not up to par. The grounds were obviously not kept up with very well, the community bathrooms need a deep cleaning and the pool water appeared green and had scum floating on the surface. My wife and I decided not to risk it for fear of getting sick. The staff was not present. There is no office for checking in or any other purpose. We are unlikely to visit this location again.」

「Place was amazing, but do NOT get the loft rooms in the summer…the room was unbearably hot due to the design. It’s impossible for the upstairs loft to get any air from the window unit during the summer. But management did an amazing job and put us into a different room. I would defintly go back but would not book the loft room in the summer. This room is probably perfect in the fall or winter season」

「Very cute cottage property that is on the Comal River, a very short distance from all the hustle and bustle. Staff was very friendly and helpful each interaction. The “room” we had was overall very clean, just needed to be vacuumed and mopped a little better. I’m gonna give grace on the warmth of the room as the Texas heat is brutal this time of year and air conditioners everywhere are struggling to keep up, it wasn’t unbearable by any means but we really could of used a small fan for...

「This property is great and still has so much potential! It is a boutique-style hotel that had been recently renovated as of May I believe according to the front desk. The styling and decor was top notch! The in room espresso was delicious! I had a small regular sized room, no suite so I can only speak of that particular room. The wardrobe closet was not one that you can hang a dress or long garments, which was disappointing because I had brought dresses to wear. Not a huge deal, but I wish I had...

「Awesome view of the river, loved the hot tub and pool clean. Rooms were spacious and the bar area was superb! Close to everything you would love to eat at too. Must stay if you're in town.」

「I loved the spot and convince of everything so close that you could walk to it. Such a beautiful area. I do with that had some maintenance on the trees and bushes as it was hard to see the river. Staff was friendly and quick to respond but our room did have some dead bugs when we arrived 😕」
