「とにかくチャットの返事がない、または遅い
Whatever whenever とかありますが、全然そんなことなく何回も送って数日後やっと返事が来る始末
チェックアウトの時間と送迎の時間も変えたいとチャットした時は無視されました。
チェックアウト時の空港までの送迎代も部屋につけてと言ったのに、メールにも確認メールで入っているのにつけてなくて一悶着ありました。

「The best hotel in Cartagena! We had an amazing time at the Santa Teresa. The staff was exceptional and the rooms are very spacious and confortable. The breakfast had the most delicious food and the pool overlooking the old city and the new city was what made love our stay the most! Be prepared for the most beautiful and romantic sunsets at this rooftop pool!」
