「The idea of the hotel is nice. However, to be an Eco five star hotel, it lacks of many things. Even though the rooms are well located, the rooms are dark and the electricity is very low. It is easy to lose something!. The people in reception do not answer, it is necessary to call them many times before they answer. The restaurant's staff is nice, specially Daniela. However, it has also issues. The wine list is not good, the wine bottles cannot be returned if the customer did not like the...

「Hotel itself is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. The only drawback is it's a half an hour from everything. They have a restaurant but they don't have a menu. When you order something you don't know what you're going to be charged. Prices were quite shocking.」

The food was amazing. Some of the food comes from the property, like avocados, , and plátanos and mandarins! We absolutely loved the food and the drinks from the bar.
