「I loved this hotel. Excellent location friendly environment」

「Such a horrendous experience. I arrived; the check-in was really quick. I went into the room and inspected the bed like usual. It seemed wrinkled, like someone had just covered the sheets with the cover. The bed sheets had several strands of hair and stains. The area of the rug near the A/C unit was soaked. I went and spoke to the receptionist; she stated that they were unable to change the sheets, change the room, or complete any refund. There was zero accommodation. She added that there would...

「The stay was fair. Room had a smell. They didn't service the room after day one, we stayed three days. Beds sagging and fell towards middle. Bathrooms falling apart in places.」
