「Every aspect of my stay was fantastic. There was only 1 thing that could've been improved. The shower head. Having experience as a plumber, I can assure you that there's no issue with water pressure. However the flow from the shower head was weak. For me, not a big issue. But as you well know, if an occupant has shower complaints, it can tarnish overall reviews! Suggestion: once every 3 months have maintenance remove shower heads, soak them in CLR or a similar product to remove mineral deposits....

「No keys to the room. Had to be escorted to room by staff with key to let you in every time! Bathroom ceiling had mold. Pool was dirty and not open.」

「I’ve stayed here before when I visit my son at Troy University. The only complaint I have this time is that the AC was leaking and the carpet in front of the unit was wet.」

「Room was fairly clean, but the moment I opened the door. It smelled like someone has been smoking weed in it. Couldn’t get rid of it. There was no breakfast either.」

「Clean rooms, a lot of parking space」

「very nice property. very clean, staff was great. nice place to stay.」

「Negatives: We got put in a room that had unfinished sheet rock repairs and stained walls. The door had an 1”/1 1/2” gap at the bottom letting bugs and humidity in. Tv remote didn’t work right. Had to put up a $50 deposit for damages (kind of funny) but got it back. Documented all the repairs and stains for my defense if they didn’t. We were only there to sleep and we didn’t want to pickup and move after driving 17 hours. Positives: cheap, hot shower, comfortable bed, and the coffee wasn’t bad....

「很愉快的住宿經驗，服務人員很親切，若有機會一定會優先選擇candlewood」

「They have the air conditioning turned off until you get into your room. Sweltering!!!! Then they controlled it throughout the night. Sweltering. Would I stay here again? Not!!!!」

「Great stay There is nothing else to say」
