「Enjoyed the delicious food, the room, the friendly staff and the excursions (batik workshop and visit to Elmina Castle). The pool, restaurant and rooms are in close proximity. Plenty of space in the restaurant with a nice view of the ocean. We’re vegetarian; had plenty to eat - delicious selections plus the best tasting pineapples and red red. The beach is a short walk. Very relaxing place to visit. 」

「Slight trouble with check in. Agent wasn't aware of paid room by using app. Was made to wait for manager to verify reservation. After giving my room to another guest, I was able to get to it the next day. Tub and water wasn't working, need height to control ac-- no remote, TV started to work as I was leaving. 」

「RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!. The property was closed. We arrived shortly before 6 PM on December 20th 2021. After trying to access this very dark place with no lights anywhere The staff person came to our car and told us the place was closed down. We told him we have paid for our room and have a confirmed reservation. He said sorry the place has been closed and that no one is working there anymore for sometime. 「Totally overpriced. Waited 1,5 hours for lunch and was served overcooked, burnt, overpriced, and bland pasta. Dinner took two hours for the first persons dish to arrive, and three hours for the last group member to get the food. Loud place. Understaffed and obviously not well managed. Rooms are okay, but really not worth that much money. Matrass has this plastic cover that makes you sweat. Basic furniture, shabby lock that took us once ten minutes to open. She was NOT trying to hear what I was nor interested in the receipt or booking info. The manager and hotels.com has since apologized but be forwarded about booking.」
