「Receptionist asked me for payment when I tried to check out. He put me on hold for a while just to confirm. I wonder why when I had already made payments days before coming there and yet he put me through such stress. 」

「The rooms were neatly decorated and clean. Hearing the waves just outside our window was relaxing and therapeutic. The free breakfast choices were well thought out and the staff were fantastics! I recommend this resort.」

「Great staff and nice environment」

「We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach hotel! The food was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It was truly a pleasure being there, and we felt so well taken care of. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to come back again soon!」

「Relaxing and scenic environment. Unfortunately we were only there for one night. The staff did an excellent job accommodating us on our early arrival. Would visit again.」

「Great staff, great environment」

「Room is small with only 1 outlet to plug in anything. To use my curling iron I have to unplug my phone that I need fully charged before going out. 「The room was fine but the bathroom had mould and toilet was uncomfortable 」

At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy...

「The compound seems fairly new. They do events, weddings, parties and conferences. It is on the main road within walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars and street markets. It is also close to the bus stations. Rooms are nice and clean. There's a security guard on site at night. The staff was nice and helpful.」

「Goodwill was amazing and very professional. She is a real asset to the company.」

「Confusion about location. Google map was very wrong. Took time to find it. Suggest this be fixed. Rooms were nice, and location good. 」
