「Everything so good so far!」

「The sheets had a stain on them. When ask to change them the front desk clerk said they would do it, took down our room number, however the sheets were never changed. The room Trash cans were not emptied after our first day stay. We had to return our dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones.」

「There was a “kiosk “ attendant virtually to check in and fix the room card. We stayed 3 nights and had NO HOUSEKEEPING the entire time. Room key had to be fixed every night. NO STAFF ON SITE! had to wait until the next day to just get a blow dryer that should have been in the room to begin with. No staff is horrible. The Virtual attendant was clearly in another country」

「I checked in and look at room it was dirty sheets were stained light bulbs were missing the refrigerator was warm the out side window pane was broke and I tried to get my money back, they said no refunds. I paid for a room for 1 week and didn’t stay it was to dirty and in safe. Room 216」
