I was impressed by the peacefulness of the room. I was able to get good sleep. I wish the beds were queen or king-sized, but the bed was comfortable. If I am needing a room when I am in Bellevue again, I will seriously consider this hotel.

Rooms are somewhat basc but very clean. Nice quiet safe area. Staff called right after check in to ask if everything was to satisfaction. Nice touch. I’d stay again.

First impression was not sure we wanted to stay there...parking lot was trashy & cement bumpers were crumbling. Desk clerk was friendly & room was clean. Triple door locks were not reassuring. Usually, extended stays have coffee, basic dishes, etc., but not here.. 2 plastic cups in bathroom. TV worked! Bed was ok; however, we got up early to leave. Would not stay there again.

The room was not clean, blanket had butn holes duvet had bleach stains, walls had stains, blinds dirty/dusty...they still allow smoking in building and it smelled like it, also dogs everywhere (im allergic) poop in grass, gross!! And front desk closes ar 9 or 10... wow However- staff was friendly!

The overall cleanliness and condition of the faciilty was good. There were too many cigarette butts on the ground near the door. The room was good but there was not a lamp to read by, just overhead lighting. Also a ceiling bulb was burnt out in the kitchenette. There were no drapes on the window, just blinds. Not good for a ground floor room. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Not the best....

The hotel room looked more like a dumpy dorm room. The guy at the front desk was friendly though so that was nice. I just felt the hotel was a bit run down and not very clean. It was the not clean part that was disappointing. The floors are laminate and I could tell my bed hadn't been swept under in a bit.

Not recommended!

Our room #209 was dirty. The toilet was tilted and basically falling through the floor…but worked. Water in tub came out very hard and fast, but shower head let out practically zero water, even after trying to adjust it. Kitchen area was fine and beds were comfortable. Had blinds on window with NO BLACKOUT curtain to stop the huge parking lot light from shining directly into the room. Windows were filthy. A/C worked great and filters were very clean! There were all Kinda of bugs in our room including roaches. I killed more than 5 but stopped counting. No bedbugs that I could tell thank goodness. Spiders and just crawling bugs on walls, floors, and bathroom fixtures. Rubber strip between kitchen and sleeping area was not attached and kept coming off. It was disgustingly dirty under it. Also lots of crap under TV stand/dresser. Corners of room has dirt and dead bugs in every corner. Hallways and elevators stunk and there was mud from other guests boots all over the hallways.
