「The toilet was too !ow in the bathroom. Hard to use. I did appreciate the walk in shower and the safety bars. The shower was nozzle was pretty high though. The carpet in my room could have used a cleaning. Overall I did enjoy my stay and would stay there again.」

「They have a really nice indoor pool and spa, and a nice breakfast. There is a washer and dryer, ice, and a mini store with drinks. Several places to eat right across the street.」

「Staff was very unhelpful if you could even find them. Check-in was painful. The motion detector door chime to alert staff that someone was at the front desk was ignored for 15 minutes while we were consistently activating it. We eventually had to call the main phone number and it took another 5 minutes before someone would come to the front desk to check us in. The positives were the room and bathroom were clean and it was quiet. The breakfast was ok with a wide selection of items to pick from...

The clerk at the desk, agreed to refund the money because the room was the COMPLETE worst hotel o have EVER encountered. It was so disgustingly filthy. I’m contacting you to complete this refund. 「Nice location and pool. Staff was always available and needed because the door card mis functioned several times.」

「If you don't mind trying to find solid pavement to walk around sevel holes, and you do not mind the pounding sound outside the hotel, if you don't mind scraped doors, and baseboard holes along bottom of wall, and if you don't mind having to get front desk x3 to get room key and then wait for lock to be changed...then hurry on over. Not again will I use Baymont by Wyndom. I would like acolades for the night front dest staff..Matt.」

「The entire place is under construction and shouldn't even be open and operating! We got in at 3a and were woken to the sounds of hammers at 7a tearing out concert that we then had to walk through. Their website says that they offer breakfast, but due to the construction there was no breakfast, no gym, and no washer/dryers. There was construction materials everywhere which seemed very unsafe for my young children. We also found beer in the freezer that had been left there for who knows how long...
