「The pool was not heated, it was freezing!! The hot tub was almost as cold. The weather was quite cold Memorial Day weekend. It would have been nice to warmed up in the advertised hot tub. Also, they advertise central a/c, which was true. However, they neglect to let you know that there is no heat available, at all!! So, we were chilly both inside our room and outside. Other than this, it is lovely. Had it been a hot weekend none of this would have mattered, except maybe for the hot tub.」

「The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. 」

「Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for. The restaurant menu, staff and food were very accommodating. We didn’t utilize the bar, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Fast wi-fi availability was a plus. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The resort was all it was advertised to be. We would highly recommend a stay here. 」
