「前台職員非常友善而且還與我們開玩笑，讓我們未入住已經有好的感覺，房間可煮食，碗碟用具已提供，房間舒式整潔而且從火車站行去酒店只需10分鐘，很好找又易走的路，我們在微雨下一人一行李箱的行去酒店都不大問題」

「The worst part was the hygiene. As soon as we entered the room, there were 3-5 flying ants in the shower. There were other people's hair in the toilet and on the bed. Every day, we found new flying ants in the shower. The staff gave us the wrong key. We couldn't open the door when we got back around 9 PM, and the office closes at 6 PM. Luckily, we had a SIM card to contact the staff. Someone came to give us the correct key after 15 minutes, but it would be tough for travelers without a Swiss...

「Schwarze Oberflächen und Jalousien sind sehr staubempfindlich. Im Bad lag noch ein vermutlich benutzte Kopfkissen Bezug. Es fehlt eine Info appear mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflugstipps, Badeplätze. Auch Extra Handtücher kann man mangels Rezeption vermutlich nicht bekommen. Der Automaten Check In hat Probleme mit Umlauten die telefonisch gelöst wurden. Klima-Anlage ist schlecht und laut. Kühlt nur nachts mit Austausch mit kühler Umgebungsluft. Tagsüber bei warmer Luft eher...

「In der Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, dies hat für 2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager und ein Hund vollkommen ausgericht. Schön ist auch der Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. 」

「best for young travelers who don’t mind being on a slightly noisy street (the rooms also have VERY thin walls, so you hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me). incredibly clean and modern. the only thing was the shade in the bathroom didn’t close, so the toilette was viewable from the street, i just hung up a towel to cover it and it worked just fine. overall great stay. felt very safe as a solo female traveler. 」

「O flat é excelente e proporciona todo o conforto para quem quiser descansar após um longo dia de passeios, cozinhar se preferir preparar uma refeição e ter uma boa noite de sono. O flat é bem equipado, até com máquina de lavar roupas, mas faltou o sabão. :) O banheiro bem limpo, amplo, com toalhas de ótima qualidade. Não houve limpeza durante os 05 dias que estivemos lá. Achei estranho que o lixeiro da cozinha estava quase cheio quando chegamos...nao sei se foi falha ou qual seria o...

「Prompt response from the property Manager on some minor issues, Apartment was outdated but clean and spacious. Good Tram/Bus connection from Zurich station (10-15 mins) and grocery store very close by. 」

「Not being able to check in early was very inconvenient. Also, instructions for how and where to use the code to get the room key were lacking. However it was a good price for the time we were there and we didn’t sirens a lot of time in the room anyway. Only came and cleaned and gave new towels once in 9 days. 」

「All was good except we found some broken glass on the floor which a friend's 3 year old daughter managed to put in her mouth thinking it was snow/ice. Pool area very nice, good hot tub area. View was of a car park and petrol station rather than mountains as described but COOP was handy for food, as very well stocked.」
