Very misleading

A very missleading stay from what is advertised. There is a spa although you have to pay €19.50pp to use it. The “hot tub” in the spa is just a 1 person jacuzzi bath which you must also buy on top of the spa costs. At night all the heating was turned off so it was very cold. Room was clean and quiet though. all the machines for coffee etc only take coins so make sure you bring plenty with you. The restaurant next door was absolutely incredible and reasonably priced though

We had been excited to book a three bedroom apartment with two baths and kitchen and balcony. Our apartment had no balcony, instead a patio with a large van that belonged to hotel blocking any view. Blinds were in terrible shape and outside lights kept all bedrooms lit and we like rooms dark when we sleep. One of the two baths was a half bath which was fine, but the other bath lacked a toilet, just shower and sink. So only one toilet. No locks on bathroom door witg shower. Trash in half bath had not been emptied. Corners in living room dirty. Kitchen had stove, sink, small fridge. No microwave. Plus was size of bedrooms. But we were very disappointed in the upkeep of our room.

Conditions at hotel are ok but check in process is a nightmare. No front desk. We have to use entry panel. We have follwed to the instruction but can't walk inside. Have to call to very unpleased lady and after phone, somehow, key felt down from drawer. After 30min process with nerves we walked in to room.

This place reeked of cigarette smoke! It was confusing to find our room but the front desk helped us. There were workers (?) sitting outside the bathroom window smoking. The toilet ran constantly and there were webs/bugs everywhere. The floor was dirty and left dirt on your feet there was also water in the hot pot which made me question what else hadn’t been washed. It was super HOT- the heater was on in the back bedroom and we couldn’t turn it off so we had to open every window and pray nobody jumped through it. Seemed like a hostel but without a shared bathroom. Also 1 toilet for potentially 6 people staying there. Shower was nice once I figured it out but the water in the sink fluctuated from hot to cold constantly. Breakfast was terrible- hard piece of bread and minimal coffee.

Wir haben eingecheckt, und nach 10 min gleich wieder gegangen und irgendwo anders ein Hotel gebucht! Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig, überall Haare. Auch das Bad war sehr schmutzig! Einfach ekelig! Ich empfehle niemandem hier zu übernachten. Ich bin Servicetechniker und sehr viel unterwegs: mit Abstand das ekligste was ich je erlebt habe.

Leider war das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Bilder entsprachen überhaupt nicht dem Zimmer. Fürs Upgrade ins Deluxe Zimmer hätte ich wirklich mehr erwartet. Das Frückstück war okay. Leider war das Restaurant vorübergend geschlossen, so dass es im und ums Hotel keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeit gab.
