「Air conditioning not working, it was 74F in the room the entire time. You can hear people at the pool even til 1am, so loud. I wasn’t really able to go to rest and sleep during my stay.」

「We have stayed here as a family several times. We love the breakfast and pool, however the pool felt highly chlorinated this visit. We left the pool with red eyes. Our plastic pool toys were slimy, and sticky with film after being in the water. The floor in pool area was slick and the stairs up to the slide were mildew-y. The handle to get into the hot tub was missing (replaced with a traffic cone) which made getting in and out difficult and dangerous, and there was a tile near the baby pool...

「Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Rude staff. Bed sheets on both beds were filthy. Staff had obviously made both beds without changing sheets from previous guests. There were pieces of chips in the bed, an earring back and many streaks on the bedding. Staff gave us wrinkled, unfolded bedding and told us to change the bedding. Locals say the place is known for nefarious activities. Breakfast was terrible. Pool was disgusting. Property is poorly maintained with exposed wiring in the room. Parking...

「They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.」
