「Not bad, the room was an adequate place to stay for the night. The pool was unavailable the night we stayed, which was disappointing, but they're doing renovations, so we understood.」

「We arrived at 11 pm. Our ac didn't work in our room. We were told that there were no other rooms, the ac was overloaded (at was 53 outside), and that we could open the window....ground floor in a town we knew nothing about:( Very NOT pleased. Would NOT recommend this establishment.」

「The garage parking is a problem because every time you enter and leave a ticket is issued or required to leave. There are exceptions, but it is really not that conven ient because the city owns the parking.」

「Upon arrival I was there an hour and a half early and they wanted to charge me $30 extra. I have never had to do that anyplace I've ever stayed so I said I'll be back. But then later on that evening we decided to go to the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi wasn't working and it looked like the pool area hadn't been clean in a long time. 「They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.」

「Room was clean, large size with couch. Everything is a step above all the other hotels we typically stay in, such as IHG, BW, etc. Did not hear any noise in hallway or other rooms. Mattress was very comfortable and nice linens. Highly recommend.」

「The room was very clean, the hotel staff were polite and helpful. We were there three nights and felt very comfortable.」

「The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving.」
