「It’s great that we got free upgrades for 2 nights. The service is also good. The only thing which might need improvements is the daily room cleaning.」

「夜行列車でソフィアに到着して宿まで歩きました。距離はかなりありましたが、ホテルスタッフのPLAMENさんが大きな地図を示してメトロの赤ラインと青ラインで来ると簡単に駅やバスターミナルに行けることを教えてくれました。 駅からホテルまではとても近く１５０メートルくらい。くたくたに疲れてたどり着いた私に静かな部屋を与えてくれました。 ブルガリア語は読むことが難しく、苦労しましたがPLAMENさんが優しく親切で心が和みました。 室内はコンパクトに必要なものはパズルのように揃えられていました。 お隣にミニスーパーがありましたが、閉店はとても早かったです。近くに食堂やお店は少ないです。」

Resepsiyon yok, size mail ile gönderilen kod yardımıyla apartın giriş kapısını açabiliyorsunuz, daha sonra içeride sizin dairenize ait bir kutu var aynı kod ile oradan anahtarlarınızı alıyorsunuz. Anahtarlar hem otopark kapısını hem de dairenizin kapısını açıyor. Oda temiz ve konforlu. Aileler için gayet uygun, odada su ısıtıcı vs. var.」

「Wir haben in der Nähe ein wunderbares Lokal mit typischen bulgarischen Gerichten und im Folklorestill eingerichtet entdeckt. Ein Besuch dort ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ansonsten ist das Personal im Hotel sehr nett und das Angebot auf dem Frühstücksbüffet ist ausreichend.」

「Kahvaltı saatinde inmemize rağmen kahvaltı yetersizdi hiç birşey kalmamıştı. Odalar yeni ve temiz bir oteldi. Personel güler yüzlüydü. Çoçuklu bir aile olarak temizlik bizim işin önemliydi ve gayet memnun kaldık.」
