"+The location and infrastructure is good, it has several pools and restaurants. -The appartement we booked (sea view) was not available, so we were placed in a basement room. It seems that this is common practice (flagship appartement when booking and then being placed wherever available). "It's a great location and they have a parking lot on the back side of the hotel for 20 BGN day. You can go in and out freely. The sheets and towels were clean. The mattress cover under the sheet was filled with hair. Yuck. Also the lounge chair was dirty and worn. Also yuck. They could also clean the carpets. Otherwise for a 3 star hotel, it's very good. "
