「Prijs is niet in verhouding met de accommodatie. Verfrissing nodig... het is geen 4 sterren hotel! Ik betaalde voor een Russische bad (160 BGN), het was eigenlijk voor één uur van sauna maar. 「It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing. But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but I can’t believe this happened to me and I am only hoping now that I can get my deposit back!!! I could have argued with the girl but I don’t want this stupid...

The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.」

「The hotel was fine. The room was small; quiet hotel overall. Air conditioner was working well, lighting was a bit too bright in the room. The bed was firm and comfortable and room had a big enough shower. Breakfast was included for us and had the basics, including fruits and vegetables. Service was great, very nice staff. 「The room is spacious and very clean with modern design, thoughtfully equipped with all necessary amenities, nice view and quiet. Very comfortable pillow and bed. The hotel is close to metro station and walking distance to city centre, yet not many decent options of food in the neighbourhood. The breakfast is average and slow replenishment of food. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.」

I checked in with Nikolay and he was the most patient, helpful and kind front desk person and the next day was this nice lady behind the desk , who let me keep my luggage in one of the meeting rooms after I checked out, so I can visit few museums before I leave!
