Break from the city

A good location surrounded by beautiful scenery and a clean hotel. We generally enjoyed our stay, the included breakfast was good with the buffet refreshed frequently. Dinner was overpriced for the local market and several mistakes were made on our order. Other than this we were satisfied with our stay.

Prijs is niet in verhouding met de accommodatie. Verfrissing nodig... het is geen 4 sterren hotel! Ik betaalde voor een Russische bad (160 BGN), het was eigenlijk voor één uur van sauna maar. Het ontbijt was basic🤔. Ik vroeg voor een late check-out, toch wordt het geweigerd Ondanks het hotel half leeg was... Ondanks was het hotel half leeg wordt

Serenity

Villa Magus was serene, quiet and relaxing. My room, bathroom, balcony were all lovely. Particularly loved the swimming pool area; absolutely spotless. Area is beautiful and felt safe with mountain views, hiking, nearby sights. Taxi ride from Sofia was 45 Lev, also discovered that there is a regular bus from Kladnista. Staff were helpful and friendly. Some comfortable seating outside for the view, relaxation, or drinks would make this place perfect. Also, information in other languages would be much appreciated, even if just one kept at reception, bus schedules, nearby towns/sights, massage services etc. I have already recommended this hotel to all my friends.

The hotel left a great impression on me! It is new and very clean. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very delicious. Definitely the quality of restaurant is perfect! Very taste food in the restaurant, spa center with Russian bath, pool with warm salty healthy water and massages from professionals made our stay definitely pleasure. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that there were complimentary fruits and drinks for guests at reception and kids corner. The view from hotel rooms and beautiful nature around are just amazing. Highly Recommended !
