Property is close to the Center in a more quiet residential part. There is a nearby metro station and also it is close to the bus terminal and train station in Sofia. The apartments have appliances and utensils for even a longer term stay.

Nice place to stay for a night. The room had small kitchen facilities, but nothing to wash dishes with. Wouldn't work well for a longer stay.

Very good for price point.

Clean and functional, appropriate for the price point. Clear communication meant the lack of reception wasn't an issue at all. Rooms had a kettle (no tea/coffee), fridge, hairdryer, TV and air conditioning. Location is around a 20min walk from the tourist centre - not a difficult walk but be aware you are a little further out than a lot of other properties.

I Had read the reviews before booking this property, then realised it was certainly not suitable for longer stays and without a car. The place is very isolated and public transport is available but average restaurants or any other major facility for holidaying is missing. The place may not be suitalbe for single ladies as it has not body in the property to even respond for any emergency except for phone number given.They also have a condition room service will be charged if called for within 5 days, for the money you pay better stay in a hotel even if the space is less.

The property was delightfully decorated and had microwave and fridge. I had to ask for TP because there was only one roll for three days and the liquid soap in the shower was basically water. However, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

We had a pleasant short stay here. The location was ideal for our needs, and the free parking (available upon request in advance) was a great bonus. The property was clean, spacious, and offered clear instructions for self check-in and check-out, which made everything very convenient. The only downsides were the mattress, which we found a bit uncomfortable, and the fact that there was only one pillow per person. Aside from that, it was a great stay and good value overall.
