「Rooms are clean staff is very friendly and helpful, the spa wasnt working nor was heat in room, then elevator was out of service for 3 floors. There is no smoking any longer and beds are very uncomfortable had a back ache every night. Could 100% use better mattresses on beds, room never got cleaned. I have stayed there many times before and i must say this hotel has gone way down , very short staffed now. Sad because i use to love staying there, Not so much now.」

「The room smelled very musty.」

「Front desk and food servi es very friendly.」

「Pros: staff and dog friendly Cons: not clean, not kept up, bathroom door broken, toilet rocked, shower looked dirty, bathroom sink cracked, AC barely worked, sat something in front of door because it didn't feel secure, infested with stink bugs and had spiders」

「While the property is in need of a facelift, the mattress was very comfortable! The bedding in our room was yellowed and didn’t smell clean. I called the front desk to get new pillowcases, but was told the office was locked. 🤔The towels were very thin but clean. The breakfast area was nice and food was ok! The motel is next to a busy train track with trains running all night. I must say at least the price was good!」

「Nothing at all was good. I got my money back and went to another hotel. They had bugs so bad.」

「This hotel was in great area. Enjoy the chili fest downtown and the walk was close to everything. Would stay again」

「Parking lot was dirty with broken glass, unmarked parking places, and was unsafe. Ɓ」

「The carpet had a large worn patch. The toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall but not reattached. The fixtures were covered with rust. Employees gathered outside our window to talk and smoke. The door to the stairwell would loudly bang shut instead of gently closing. And a sheet of plywood would have been more comfortable than the so called mattress on the bed.」

「great room and service, but unfriendly breakfast staff, slow repalcement of food, lack of hot coffee and chocolate」

「Absolutely the warmest cleanest pool I’ve ever been in! Hot tub was also very relaxing. Only down fall was the carpets being a tad on the run down side. Other than that it was a great stay and I would stay again.」

「The staff was very nice and helpful. The water pressure great for hot shower in the morning. Thank you.」
