「It was a very busy weekend and we stayed for one night only. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly overnight and it was very difficult to sleep due to the heat. The bathroom in the hotel could definitely have been much cleaner.」

「Sheets on bed did not appear yo be changed - had blood on them. Staff got new sheets for us and we changed them.」
