「Marina and deck area - excellent boardwalk for walking and sitting. We enjoyed the outdoor areas. Bathroom facilities downstairs from restaurant - need repairs and thorough cleaning daily. On Sunday morning there was a ceiling leak that wasn’t attended to for hours. Guest room - shower’s need to be descaled and scrubbed and grout cleaned. Room - nice and spacious room. 「Staff was immediately rude upon arrival. The first thing they tell you is all the charges you incur if you lose your towel card or bracelet. It’s $250 per bracelet. They do not give you any guidance on where things are or how to do anything besides the WiFi. They tell you to use the app, but it’s awful and you can’t order anything in it.
