「Hot Tub wasn't working....... The Cups in my room had some kind of sticky substance on them cause they weren't swapped out. and the bottom cup was used by whoever.... told the Front Desk that i just threw them away...... the Beds were OK but could be rotated every once in a while.....」

「The sleeper sofa was filthy and stained. The room smelled moldy. The breakfast staff were inattentive, trash cans overflowing not being emptied. One woman working had her pajamas on still and seemed annoyed when asked if she could refill the apple juice and make more coffee. The staff didn’t attempt to clean floors or tables between guests were were dining. On the outside of the premises there were multiple light fixtures that needed to be secured to the ceiling again. This property is unkempt...

「The room itself was decent, but the overall stay was very disappointing. The bathroom was outdated and it had visible mold on the grout. Most alarming were the cockroaches crawling on the furniture. There was constant noise right outside of our door - a dog was barking in the room next to us all night and people were coming and going at all hours. Also the power went out around 9:30 and was off for 2 hours. I would not stay here again. 」
