「This place is advertised as a family friendly hotel. We were multiple families using the pool, and were told by staff the kids need to stop shouting and screaming. If you want to advertise the place as family friendly, you must take into consideration that kids can be loud especially when having a lot of fun. The pool is attached to the spa, which I can understand needs to be quiet, but this is not ideal for families. There is not much to eat on site other than the expensive restaurant and...

「The room was small but clean and tidy. Love the rustic wooden floor. I had my own sink. The washroom is shared of which I expected, and was very clean. It would've been nice to have a vanity or shelf next to the sink to place my touleteries. Beautiful location. Nice pub and restaurant.」

Close to St-Sauveur downtown and factory outlet malls; next to IGA grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, etc. The property is located right on a hiking, biking and skiing trail - the Aerobic Corridor. The hotel is set along a small river, surrounded by forest and lush landscape. Beautiful nature! Would definitely come back again.」

「The room was small but very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I asked for a 3rd pillow, and that was not a problem. The location was perfect and an easy walk to the street where the shops/boutiques and restaurants were situated. A great experience, and we will be returning.」
