「The entire hotel lost power and forced us to move to another hotel that was not all inclusive. No one from the hotel even communicated that we had to move hotels until 10 minutes prior and they told us we would get a refund and we are still waiting and they haven’t responded to any correspondence! Very disappointed!!」

「Staff was very helpful and polite」

「Hotel location is great. Rooms are ok. Restaurant food less than ok. The bar is good」

「Had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the beach and even though it was not private, it felt like it. Very relaxing atmosphere.」

「Great Room!」

「The toilet in our room was broken. The screw was broken so it couldn't be tightened back up. It moved and pinched my leg. I asked to have it replaced, but that never happened. The phones did not work so there was no way to reach the staff when needed. I felt that they might be able to move seaweed at the beach area daily in a spot so that the tenants could get to it. My favorite staff was the activities directors. Shawn and Alicia were great! Bartenders were fun! Food was limited for breakfast...

「Nice」

「Lovely property, well maintained and clean. Comfy beds & everything we needed plus some. 」
