「Any taxi/Uber/ride share will cost you extra if you use it for ANY reason to and from the hotel due to it being on Airport property, even if you do not FLY in. It’s utterly ridiculous. No micowave in Room- major downfall. Hotel phone doesn’t work properly when calling restaurant, they don’t understand a thing you are saying. We also found a note from previous people who stayed in the room- so we know that area was not cleaned. Beds are honestly too low to the ground, not comfortable....

It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'...

In the hotel’s website it says pet friendly but you can’t find the pet room option. "The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom line."
