Everything is great, including the room, service and food at the restaurant. We had a pleasant time staying here. Breakfast was fantastic, got a lot of choices. We moved from Novotel to Pullman, and both hotels were very nice to help us move the luggage from room to room. We definitely will choose to stay here again next time when we visit.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Delicious meal. I booked a hotel car to tour down town New Delhi for 4 hours. Paid 4,000. It was a nice trip and good ride.
The advertising for executive room with lounge access is misleading.
In the room description it is very clear that t
executive privileges to include full buffet breakfast, launch access ect this is why it is called executive room.
We been asked to pay extra for breakfast.
The outside wundows had some plastic from outside, which was half gone and made quite a noise.
Also we have been given the price for airport transfer before arrival, and on check out the price was much higher and we had to provide the email to prove otherwise.
Very unfriendly staff on check in and check out.
