"Was a fabulous stay. Perfect location in Amsterdam. Room was quite small, however, we knew that upon booking. For two people with two carry-on bags, it was very tight. No frills in the room but the necessities were there. The elevator was a bonus, so glad we had it. The staff were incredibly helpful. Would absolutely stay there again, but may opt for the larger room next time."

"Excellent stay, close to nearby shopping and the Flower Market. Wonderful breakfast buffet with tons of options. Friendly staff and they even offered free drink tickets if you didn’t need your room turned down for a day. Decent location in relation to the museums."

"I wish a taller refrigerator. The main switch tied to a light on the wall. Turning this light off will cut off electricity for the whole room. We cannot charge our phone at night, that's very inconvenient. Somehow, this is fixed on last day of our stay."

"Our room was perfect size, clean, bed very comfortable, cleaning staff good and helpful. Reception book in and out was quick and helpful. Information and taxi booking very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable and sufficient, although the hot food we would have preferred a bit hotter. Staff were friendly and efficient, seated quickly. Gluten free was catered for and lots of choices. One member of staff, Angela Hang, was very helpful with my gf and also very professional, efficient and lovely to talk too. The only problem that we encountered was at breakfast on the Thursday. We felt invisible, seated quickly no problem there, took a while to be asked for our drinks order, was busy so understood, took my gf order. We were not asked for our egg order and could not get their attention, had to as for more milk twice and gave up and went to get. The lad did apologise about the milk. When asked when we left if all was okay I did say and write a comment on what happened. Very apologetic and a note and fruit was sent to our room apologising plus free drinks at the bar. That was nice and it was the only because of 1 member of staff I couldn’t fault the rest. The hotel could not have been more apologetic. Our stay was here was very good and we would return."

"Great little hotel on one of the canals. Super easy to get to with the tram and rideshare. Bright, clean, great staff. Tons of things to do if you get to the corner and go left, towards downtown, or if you turn right towards the Rijks museum. Food, art, shops, art, bikes, art, coffee, art, music, art… and more art. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Great drinks at the bar, and fries! Breakfast was great as well, has all the requirements and a few very local flavors."
