I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you love exploring the city. It is just a short walk away from the museum, making it incredibly convenient to beat the crowds in the morning. Getting around the rest of the city was a breeze as well, with both bus stops and tram lines located just steps from the front entrance.

Finally, after 2 days we got new towels. The rooms won’t be cleaned everyday. On day 2 we also told the receptionist that we saw sparks next to the main power socket on the sealing… if you are in the room, you can clearly hear the sounds of the electricity.. He told us, he will check it, but nothing happened. The only two reasons, why they get 2 stars are the delicious breakfast and the great location.

Was a fabulous stay. Perfect location in Amsterdam. Room was quite small, however, we knew that upon booking. For two people with two carry-on bags, it was very tight. No frills in the room but the necessities were there. The elevator was a bonus, so glad we had it. The staff were incredibly helpful. Would absolutely stay there again, but may opt for the larger room next time.

New towels would be nice. Towels were on the small size and scratchy, well worn towels. Invest in a new one once in a while. Also we didn't need our towels changed every day, we hung them up but recieved new towels anyway. The hotel itself was a great place to stay. Very convenient. Would stay again if we are ever in Amsterdam.
