A brilliant little hotel. Beautiful room, very attentive staff, excellent cocktails in the bar. Would absolutely stay again next time I am in Amsterdam. We rented bikes and got the airport transportation organized by them too.

We couldn´t have made a better pick for our hotel in Amsterdam, and boy did we look for hotels around that area online!. The place is charming, the people there extremely nice and attentive, turndown service was incredible and made us curious what we were going to get when ge got back to our room. my daughter arrived at midnight because her flight was delayed. The most gracious and kind staff walked her luggage up to her room as the room had a steep flight of stairs. Room service is open 24 seven exceptional dining options. Five star all the way accommodations and lovely staff. I've already booked a mini stay later this month for my daughter during her break From school in Amsterdam. This is truly a gem of gems. we will be back again & again

Aa luxurious haven with exceptional staff

I was in town for business for 4 days and I was incredibly impressed with the Dylan staff. They went out of their way to be helpful, always happy and courteous, and made an effort to say my name when they encountered me. The location is amazing, the comfort and cleanliness were exceptional.

The Dylan is elegant. A very welcoming staff. The building is exquisite. The dining is superb. The rooms are abundantly appointed. Bathrooms are large. The tub is great. I walked everywhere from this location. Especially around the corner for coffee. And another quick walk for the best frites that I had during my entire 2 weeks. The Dylan is special. I highly recommend.

Luxury and Service!

The Dylan was absolutely amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff was amazing, the room was clean and luxurious and the experience was unmatched. We arrived early and they met us with a hot tea and a muffin and checked our bags (which they took up to our room when it was ready) and provided recommendations for our morning. The room was very clean, and comfortable. Really enjoyed turndown service each night. Location was great and easy to walk most places we wanted to go but the Concierge was also happy to help arrange a cab when it was rainy or we wanted to venture further. I wish I could go back again already. Thank you for the great stay!

Everything was absolutely perfect except for the heating/plumbing/electrical. Shower drain barely worked, bottom of shower filled with water. Sink faucet handle slowly leaked water when turned on. Heat was on but room still felt quite cold, so maybe a bit under-designed for the space. Some of the lights upstairs did not work so the upper loft area was a bit dark. Just not stuff you would expect to be wrong at a place as nice as The Dylan.

This was our second stay of what will be our new staple for work/leisure. Best location and setting, beautiful building, lovely light and quiet spaces but with a sexy bar, sweet courtyard, and a Michelin star restaurant as well. Very well appointed and designed rooms with quality amenities and large bathrooms. But most of all- it was the best front desk/concierge team I’ve ever experienced in years of fickle travel. They are familiar with their guests and anticipate every need: water, tea, desserts, taxis, reservations etc. They went above and beyond for us when we had a medical issue with my husband, calling in an MD, even sending me coffee and pastries when I was exhausted coming in from errands one morning. And they asked after the outcome genuinely when we returned from the hospital?! This will be the only place I stay in AMS going forward. I hope you are lucky enough to do so as well. Cheers.

Great staff and a beautiful property in a convenient location. The bar and breakfast were highlights and added to the overall experience. However, the luxury double room felt smaller than expected, and the view was quite limited.
