「The hotel is brand new , the room was very nice. We did have a problem with the tv, it would not select a channel from the remote so you had to use the up- down buttons to change channels , the receptionist did come to the room and tried resetting the tv but it didn’t help. While the facility was very nice I was fairly disappointed when I was charged a $50 security deposit that wasn’t mentioned at booking on Expedia. 「The staff was excellent. Very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very clean. The complaints we had were the mattress was very uncomfortable and the the Wi-Fi did not work in the room as well as the TV station broadcasts which went in and out (possibly due to storms) Did not appreciate seeing an adult TV choice as an option in a gamily hotel.
