「Someone needs to go and inspect this hotel. We felt like we were in a brothel!! Condoms on floor in lobby!!! People sleeping in their cars.. bathrooms had things on mirror and carpet had big fake eyelash. We slept in our clothes on top of bedspread left as soon as sun was up. REALLY!!! Someone go inspect!!!」

「The first room I was given had a dirty shower, sink and stovetop. The next room, wasn’t as bad, but there were some stains on the blanket, sheets and pillows. The room had NO toiletries. Not even soap to wash my hands, but luckily I had my own. I also didn’t like the staff knocking on my door at 9:50a asking if I’m staying over or checking out when check-out wasn’t until 11a. 「The location is excellent as it is close to shopping and a variety of restaurant options. The staff is exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely stay at this location in the future if I am ever in the area. The hotel is well-maintained and modern. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were pretty much standard and can be limited for someone who doesn't eat eggs or dairy. However, overall, it was money well spent and good value for money.」

「A man was given the same key to my room. He entered my room at 12:30 am before I put the safety on the door. They promised to give me a 30% discount that I have not received yet. Also a hot tub is advertised but there was no hot tub available. The bathtub had some type of paper like contact paper stuck in the bottom of the tub. Poor room service. The people serving the rooms didn't speak English. I asked for a blanket and was given a rugged one because that was the only clean one available.」
