「By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Everyone was so friendly. Jaclyn (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was extremely helpful and sent me a few texts throughout our stay to make sure our every need was met. The room was clean and well kept. So much space compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. The view of the river below was breathtaking. Everything was hard wood from the front desk to the sinks in the bathroom. 「This is the worst place we've ever stayed. The comments that was left on Expedia giving it a great place, is not true. If I was Expedia I would not recommend it. Dirty, nothing like the picture, no remodel in our room as stated. Kitchenette was a joke. Regular cups and glasses out with no protective covers. Should be using throw away cups. Were did they clean them bathroom. Floor tile was dirty, cracked and loose. Could not get heater to work. I could go on. Just find a better place.」
