「Upon entering my room, there was a mildew locker room odor and I went back to the lobby to ask for a new room and the staff was very flexible and accommodating to put me in a new room which smelled much cleaner.」

Both of my boys had a terrible runny nose and cough for at least 3 days after swimming!! Also the pool area wasn’t very clean and towels were not readily available to dry off after swimming.. the price isn’t really worth it」

「Pictures and reviews were very misleading. Definitely not an 8 rating. Hair all over the bathroom. Floor very dirty. Pool and hot tub had a a lot of floaters. Grimy overall.」
