"Very good staff and clean rooms"

"The best thing about this hotel is its location (incredibly close to the station) and its staff (friendly and very helpful). It is a very tired looking hotel so really needs an upgrade. Same format room as every other Dormy Inn one I have stayed in."

"Interesting place"

"Not worth it. Way over priced! We stayed one night. Staff are very nice. But the place is of a by gone era. It’s old but not in a charming way.

"Great, clean, and reliable service!"

"This place is so authentic. It was a true gem of a Japanese experience for our family. We loved everything about it: hospitality, clean rooms, beautiful views, natural spring style onsens… Highly recommend!"
