「They use AI to reply your question so the answer are quite ridiculous on hotel.com. they say they have washing machine but the AI when asked he said there are none and when I found the washing machine they don’t work.」

「Super Lage, sehr sauber und modern! :) Küche im Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Kochutensilien, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und co. Check in war nach Anfrage schon um 13:15 möglich und beim Auschecken standen Schließfächer für das Gepäck zur Verfügung. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!」

「Location was perfect, very central near Alexanderplatz. The metro station is right outside the door. The apartments are new, and my room was nicely furnished and clean. The online check-in with door codes worked perfectly. I would recommend this hotel」

「Ansich ist das Zimmer in Ordnung. Die Straße ist durch die Pflastersteine sehr laut. Da wir eh mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen, war das zumindest nachts kein Problem. Ein Bett quietschte sehr arg. Das schränkt dann schon ein bisschen ein. Parken an der Straße ist nicht möglich, da es sich ringsherum um Bewohnerparkplätze handelt. Da sind die 9 € pro Nacht für den Parkplatz akzeptabel, im Gegensatz zu den Tagespreisen in den Parkhäusern.」
