We did have some slight complications at check-in, but take partial responsibility since we did not email the host 24 hours prior to our stay. "Firstly disappointed no lobby lift.... Secondly no bell boy service to carry luggage Thirdly no proper requirements to provide facility....i. e. Like ironing board / TV control / sleeping blanket & no further information highlights before booking giving us ..... Very poor ! If older age people or sick or heart patients how to go up floor level # L1 to upper level . I here very very dissatisfied on this hotel booking. Pls consider our feedback are no happy ! "

"We arrived late at night after a long journey. Despite having submitted all required information and paid the deposit in advance, check-in was confusing, and supervisors were completely unaware of our payment. Communication was disorganized throughout most of our stay, and we struggled to reach the right contact. It only improved toward the end, once we finally connected with our main contact. The apartment looked good in photos but had maintenance issues: the bathroom was moldy, doors were...
