「The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous!
The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night.
In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to.

「We had a really pleasant stay at the Best Western Zaan Hotel. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Well the room was okay for the price, everything was clean and neat except the fan which was not cleaned for months in-fact it was not starting. We texted, called but on one replied. We made the complaint at 3:00 and received a replacement at 12:00

「The check-in is fully digital and self check-in, but it’s clear and easy if you follow the instructions and signs.
The hotel is very clean, cozy, and modern.
The surrounding area is magical, right on the lake, and the restaurant has a very nice setting.
The staff were amazing, very helpful and caring.
The only downside is transportation to Amsterdam: the nearest station is about a 12-minute walk from the hotel.
Other than that, everything was very good.」

「My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
