「The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to. 」

「We had a really pleasant stay at the Best Western Zaan Hotel. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Well the room was okay for the price, everything was clean and neat except the fan which was not cleaned for months in-fact it was not starting. We texted, called but on one replied. We made the complaint at 3:00 and received a replacement at 12:00 On the same night around 3 in morning the electricity stopped working we thought it was a general problem but after coming back to the hotel at night we found out it was only our room that had this problem we asked for anything but no one replied i...

「離Amsterdam Sloterdijk電車站非常近，也離火車站很近，交通上往市區只要做19號基本上20分鐘就到了很輕鬆。客房很乾淨，還有廚房可以料理煮泡麵，冰心也很大，還有洗碗機，空調也不錯，唯一就是電視沒辦法接Netflix。員工也蠻親切的。」

「The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The room was dark and lacked small additions ie a mirror in the room. The mirror in the bathroom misted up and was unable to dry my hair in it. The check in process was not easy. The keycards were unable to register, but we were emailed a link to open the doors digitally. The air conditioning was complicated to use with no guides to help. We had a balcony which was lovely to look at the water outside and the windmills, but...

「Great stay, Spacious room and bathroom, clean and tidy. Close to number 19 tram station which can take you to many museums such as Van Gogh museum. Breakfast is good. The pillow is way too soft for me, hopefully the hotel will upgrade it soon. Bed is comfortable and XO is already upgrading their mattress floor by floor when we left on 2025.9.30. Not much restaurant nearby the hotel.」
