「Nice hotel, kitchen should be open until 10pm at least」

「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

I left a day early and I’m waiting to be refunded after they charged my card a second time for the room.」

「Property lobby and restaurant area is under renovation so it is hard to fairly judge amenities and cleanliness but staff is excellent and very friendly. Room was very clean. 」

「About 5-6 roaches were in the motel room. It looked clean but they were alive. We slept at the foot of the beds without blankets and all lights on 」

「The room was so disappointing, smelled like sewage (we did let them know and no one checked back with us), kitchen sink had no rubber around the drain, bathroom sink drain would not drain and faucet dripped. On a good note staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Loved how much room we had but really not sure I will book a Hilton in the future.」
