「The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Old hotel. Needs an update. Carpet in the room was sticky and shower was hard to figure out. Old old fixtures. This is not a complaint but A train goes by the property several times in the night and blows the whistle about six times. We did not get a good nights sleep. I would not recommend」

「We love staying at thr microtels. We find them to be cleaner and safer then other motels they have a hardy breakfast that is included with your stay. I would recommend the microtel families. We have stayed a microtel facilities in KY, TN, and Ga. highly recommended !」

「The room smelled strongly of mold/mildew. The floor was wet around the air conditioner. There were stains on the carpet and smudges in several places on the wall, particularly in the bathroom that could have easily been wiped clean. There was hair in the sink. The shower was moldy where the walls met the tub. All the bedding felt moist because of the issue with the moisture in the room. This was a one night stay as we passed through and my family couldn’t get out of the room quick enough.」

「Only complaint is the breakfast was “yuck”. No regular waffle mix, just chocolate goo and something posing as sausage. Room was very clean, cool, and comfortable. Desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking was a little sketchy because the only door in the back was not working, limited parking in front.」
