「Sometimes the music is too loud 😉 by the pool which slightly spoils the peace - I wonder if there can be an hour a day with peaceful, quieter music. My only serious complaint is the huge amounts of air freshener that seems to be pumped out in many areas. Is that necessary by the sea? Fresh air smells are better. 」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Amazing hotel. Great staff and amazingfood. I loved my stat..never seen such great hotel staff. Nice location 10 minutes to the beach. Not so great for people with limited mobility as they will need to catch a taxi back from the beach for €4 as the hotel is uphill . Would definitely go back. Well done to the management.」

「super clean and great value for money, not too busy and nice heated pool. best spot was the bar and mini-pool on the top. Food similar each day, but good and does not taste the same (often in all incl I found they used the same oil or something). Great Paella and sea food, great crisp pizza. beer delicious, all incl cocktails out of a machine and too sweet (did not like at all). Unfortunately no views onto the sea from anywhere in the hotel. 」

「Séjour très agréable dans ce très bel hôtel. Les points + : chambre très spacieuse et très jolie. Grande terrasse, buffet : nourriture variée et bonne, peut-être moins de choix sur les viandes mais ça ne m'a pas dérangée, le gros point + c'est vraiment les piscines et surtout la place sur les transats (quel bonheur de ne pas avoir à laisser sa serviette ds 8h !!!). Malgré beaucoup de monde et d'enfants, il y a de la place et on peut se trouver des places au calme. Pour ceux qui ont des enfants,...

「This is a fantastic hotel. All the staff were professional and kind and went above and beyond. The food was excellent in all the restaurants and we enjoyed evening drinks in the lovely bar. Yoga and Pilates with Francesca and Isabel were a perfect start to the day. Excellent classes. We will definitely be trying other VINCCI hotels. Thank-you to all staff. 」

「Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.」

「We had a lovely comfortable and spacious room with a sea view, that got the morning sun. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. The pool areas are lovely with plenty of sunbeds to relax in. The staff were pleasant & friendly at all times. The dining room is very pleasant and there was always a wonderful choice of interesting dishes available to suit all tastes.」

「Just got back from an amazing seven days at Baobab and was so sad to leave ! We stayed in a 2 x bedroom suite with pool and was perfect ! My brother was recovering from a major operation so we hardly left our suite and didn’t need to as got food delivered from room service which was really good and not far away was a mini market to get drinks etc the spa was brilliant too as my brother had a couple of massages , the staff are all so lovely and go above and beyond to help with anything you need...
