"Front staff was so friendly and changed our room after we asked if our room was a long walk. I have mobility issues. They immediately offered to give us a closer room! Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Will stay there again without hesitation. "

"The front lobby looks great but the hotel rooms could be better. Although, it’s clean; however, the rooms specially where I stayed could have been improved or renovated. The closet doors wouldn’t close properly unless done certain manner. Bath rooms don’t have exhaust fan, which typically I guess of most hotels and there are old patches and cracks that could have been fixed. The pictures of the model rooms from the website is completely different and deceiving. Moreover, the rooms could have made it more sound proof because not only you can hear loud footsteps from above from but also noice from outside the building and inside the hallways. A disappointing. "Very nice atmosphere. The tap water has a metallic taste. The elevator needs to be adjusted. The breakfast bar is clean but limited selection as far as nutrition. There was no meat on Sunday’s buffet."

"Good for the price. Comfortable bed. Coffee was pretty bad but breakfast was standard. Had issues with the room card and had to get rekeyed. Otherwise ok."
