「customer service, very nice but the room no」

「First. We were sent to a room on the 5th floor, that was still occupied. We went back downstairs and informed them of this. Then we were told we would receive a room upgrade. Which was ok considering. In the new room. They never came to provide us clean towels or empty the garbage cans. This did make for an uncomfortable stay and and had us thinking about going elsewhere. Also one of the elevators that was needed to take us to our floor, kept hurling as if was going to either drop or get stuck....

「The front desk staff are nice and Robert helped me arrange a move-in earlier than 3PM on a third-floor room. The room is very spacious and clean with a blackout curtain, so I got to have a good night sleep. No daily cleaning service but it's okay for me. Breakfast is cereals, milk, coffee and bread. Overall it was a nice experience! Excellent location for visiting Emory. 」

「Friendly staff, clean room, great location next to once and belt-line and restaurant is good 👍」

「Be careful around the bed. The metal legs are easy to stub your toe on more than once. Parking was tight during the day while the dentist office is open. The room is clean and efficient. Easy to enter the front door of the property but a ramp would be nice with luggage instead of stairs. Remind visitor to press the logo on the keypad of the room first in order to see the keys light up.」

「Parking did not feel safe Drug Junkies we’re every where Ppl arguing fighting in hallway slamming doors babies crying Roaches and dead bugs were everywhere there was no tissue in the room lights blinking on and off,Elevators smelled like pee and then it stopped working. The room was completely dusty and I mean nasty dirty. I don’t see how yall are still in business.. I’m sorry I just don’t. I was scared the walk thru the hallway, You could hear everything in other people’s room. It’s just...

「酒店服务很好，我落在房间的充电器帮我去找了。位置离Emory几公里，很方便。就是离公路比较近，半夜有点吵」
