「I liked the bathroom renovation. Finally a toilet that is high enough to be comfotable. The tub/shower is a beautiful unit. The main room althougth affordably priced is spacious. The air conditioner actually cools the room which is not the case in many hotels. It is also very quiet which is not the case with many units that have all kinds of strange noises. 「I expected good, but this was excellent. The motel is clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are very friendly and everything is in good working order. The location is within easy walking distance to Village Green or to the waterfront areas. Only a couple minutes drive to Acadia park. For some reason the property isn't listed with breakfast included, but breakfast is included and snacks are as well. You can just pick up snacks or drinks any time from the lobby. 「The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.」
