「Only issue is that the hot water is on the wrong side of the bathroom sink and shower faucets. Sink faucet has to be turned to the right for hot water, not to the left toward the red dot/hote water indicator. The hot water comes on 1st on the shower faucet not after the cold water.」

「Depending on where your room is, the sound proofing isn’t too great. I was laying in bed and could hear someone taking a bath seemingly right behind my headboard. And the hotel is right next to a landing pattern for the nearby airport, so you will occasionally hear the planes coming and going. Be sure to pack your noise canceling earbuds. 「Very poor and unkind reception attendants. Didn’t tell us anything about WiFi or breakfast or where anything was. We were traveling on vacation and this was our worst stay in the whole northeast !」

「The property is old and to be honest, the room reminded me of something you'd see in a bad 1970's cop movie. But to be fair, it was clean and well-kept and they tried to keep it modern, but you can only do so much. The towels were thick and absorbent, not the usual thin scratchy hotel towels. The staff was friendly and offered good ideas for local restaurants. An overall good experience, but probably won't be back.」

「The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.」
