"The property is pretty new and the rooms are spacious. Laundry and quick grab and go breakfast was great. Two rooms with kitchen, awesome! I think they are lacking a maintenance guy because there were a number of things on the property that didn't work or were broken that should have been fixed and appeared to have been like that for a while. Nothing that affected our stay, I just do not like to see a new property, or any property, go without the proper maintenance."

Every time we walked past the desk they asked how our day was and if there was anything we needed. The room was clean. The wifi was spotty but we knew being where we were that would happen. Breakfast is cereal, granola bars and coffee. The only thing we wished they had was a luggage cart."

"The pictures for this unit show a bathtub in the bathroom. However, there's also a beautiful separate shower that wasn't pictured. This unit also has a dorm-sized refrigerator, a dorm-sized freezer, a single electric cooktop, and a microwave that I don't think were listed on the site. It's a beautiful unit in a great location. We used it as a hub for Acadia National Park. The drive from here wasn't bad at all. Would stay here again."

"I stay at this motel every time I come to Maine and I absolutely love it. Its nothing fancy, just a good, clean motel that I feel very comfortable at. As a solo traveler I sometimes visit motels where I don't feel safe at. Not this place. Yes, its older and doesn't have room service or anything like that. Its close to everything. You have a gas station and a restaurant (which sells some of the best lobster and crab rolls) right across the street. Cant wait to visit again"

"This place was only about a half hour or so from Acadia National Park which was perfect for us. It was a large space for our family of 5. It was clean and organized and had more than 1 bathroom which was necessary. The sitting area easily accommodated all of us as well as the kitchen. It wasn’t far from many places in Ellsworth either. We were able to spend time in Acadia National Park but still have a large enough area for the whole family to relax when we got back. I really appreciated the listing of local places to try or visit. FYI we loved Schoodic Point and Cadillac Mountain especially. Would definitely recommend this place especially with family."
