「GREAT all around! Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff who treated us like family. Very spacious rooms and bathroom; beds and pillows were super comfy. We stayed in Pope Alexander VII suite which had two big bedrooms, a beautiful, ample tiled bathroom, and little dining room. Views of Battista were amazing from our suite. 「Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. Despite that, everything else of our accommodation is nice. The heating is also well functioned considering most other hotels or agriturismo do not offer heating in late April. 「Very hard to find the exact location. Wifi not working, but Staff insisted my phone and computer problem. Breakfast included, but have to pay service charge for $9 per person per night, which not clearly stated in the description. The room smells a bit stuffy. 」

「Not very good hosts. They don’t speak English and they don’t help accomodate guests for issues out of their control. I would stay away very poor customer service 」
