「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. 「Really nice hotel with excellent staff. All members appeared well trained and were extremely friendly. Great position and easy to access. Room was very large and good breakfast. One of two parts now need updating but on the whole very nice hotel. Parking was confused €20 a night which is fine but some guests were parking free just in front of hotel which we could have done had we known. Very dog friendly. Would definitely stay again. 」
