This hotel worked for us in that it was roughly halfway on our journey to the south of France. The staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in. The hotel itself is quite tired and needs some modernisation. Restaurant was not open the evening we were there but the Local town of Avallon had plenty ...

Great place in a lovely little town
We had stayed here once before and really enjoyed our last stay here so thought we would stay again, and once again it was great. The people who run it are very helpful and friendly people. Would highly recommend this place.
