「Very good environment, clean and sanitary」

「The staff was good excepted for one who was just mean spirited! The elevator and the hallways to the room needs to be cleaned. The hotel appears to be a renovation from another hotel or just appear different from other Marriott properties. Overall the location is goiy and the staff kept the lobby area cleaned. The sales manager was really nice….」

「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「Someone entered the room at 8:00 a.m. with a key card. Every hour. When are you leaving」
