「Next door to very noisey people unfortunately with their TV very loud till midnight. Shame that people don’t think of others when staying in shared spaces. Food was good. Very convenient place to stay Staff very friendly & helpful」

「No contact with staff other than email. Room wasn’t serviced to expected standard. Tradies working from very early in the morning. Older place that needs some refreshing.」

「Cabin was not cleaned. There was mould near the bottom of the shower. The extra beds we paid for weren’t made like I was told they would be. That caravan park itself looked like a dump. I have no problem with the permanent residents, however, the management might need to talk to them as a lot the permanent sites looked like they weren’t maintained at all. Will not be back.」

「Room not clean had to ask for towels and a flannel. The towels they gave us had a hole in one and the other was thin and frayed around the edges. Hot water in kitchen was like warm and had to boil the jug to do the dishes. Blanket for the bed had stains on it and we had constant noise from neighboring apartments at night and had to wear ear plugs to get any sleep.」
